Settlement & terms

Hyper Sol is an independent, non-custodial interface. It does not hold funds, run its own contracts, match orders or act as a counterparty. Orders you sign are submitted to and settled on Hyperliquid, a third-party decentralized perpetuals exchange, and are subject to its terms of use.

Restricted regions

Trading is not available to persons who are residents of, citizens of, located in, or incorporated in the United States, Ontario (Canada), or any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or export controls (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions), or any jurisdiction where perpetual futures are prohibited. Using a VPN or other means to circumvent these restrictions is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Fees

Venue trading fees apply (base tier: 0.045% taker / 0.015% maker). Hyper Sol may add an interface fee that you approve explicitly in your wallet beforehand; it is shown in every order summary. Withdrawals carry a $1 venue fee.

Trading keys

Enabling trading creates a key in your browser that your wallet authorizes to place and cancel orders. It cannot withdraw funds. Anyone with access to this browser profile could trade with it; clear site data to remove it.

Risk

Perpetual futures are leveraged derivatives. Prices can move quickly, positions can be liquidated and you can lose your entire margin. Funding payments are exchanged hourly between longs and shorts. Displayed liquidation prices and fees are estimates. Nothing here is investment advice. The interface is provided as-is without warranty.
